  1. Place a RE/MAX associates sign on the property.
  2. Enter the property to the multiple listing service.
  3. Utilize a supra lock box to facilitate ease of showings & track agents.
  4. Color brochures with detailed information in home for buyers. Black & white listing sheets in home & information box with floor plans attached if available.
  5. Notify every agent in the area with special emphasis on top producers in the area.
  6. Monitor showing of resale's daily & contact agents showing in your price range that have not yet scheduled an appointment.

  8. Determine the most likely selling price based on current market values & sales through a two part listing presentation: 
    a)Initial visit to your home to do an evaluation of it's market potential. analyze homes on the market & current sales to assess value/amenities compared to your home.
    b)Competitive market analysis (CMA) presentation.
  9. Submit a monthly market status report to you consisting new listings, pendings, and solds. (can be sent via regular or e-mail)
  10. Appointments are made on your property by Centralized Showing Services (CSS) and feedback with comments from the agents & their buyers who have seen your home can be accessed on the internet at the web address www.css-showings.com you will be given a seller id (mls #) & a password unique to your home where you can view your feedback at any time.
  11. Discuss and provide information on showing your home to its best advantage; such as window coverings open, lights on, soft music, potpourri, fresh flowers in home & blooming flowers in containers at the front door, fresh mulch in beds, etc.
  12. Discuss the benefits of having marketing & listing team instead of the single agent concept.
  13.
